ORIGINAL 2011 MENU

Here is the original menu
presented when the doors
reopened in 2011.

Many similarities to our menu today (except for the obvious inflation)

Noticeably, it is an attempt to streamline the original menu,
concentrate on core items,
and eliminate many crowd favorites from the menu.  

The public demanded many of the omitted dishes,
hence the menu of today is about 25% larger than this one. 

 Listening to our customers has always been important to us
and that is just as important now than ever before!
