Kurt's River Green Chalet is the cornerstone of our catering facilities. The River Green Chalet can seat up to 120 guests for dinner and accommodate up to 175 for receptions. We encourage you to take a more personal step for your next function, and allow us to help plan your event with our years of experience and exceptional cuisine. While reviewing the special events Menus, please keep in mind that our Chef would be pleased to customize these menus or to accommodate any special menu requests you may have.

Deposits/Payments
A $300.00 deposit is required to book a function (all deposits are non-refundable, and will be applied to your final bill)

The balance is due at the conclusion of the function. Add 22% to your final bill for gratuity and room set up/break down.

Guarantees
We need a guaranteed number of guests attending 72 hours before the function

Take Home Food
For health and liability reasons, any left over food can not be taken by our guests

Contract
We will prepare a contract detailing what we will provide and how you will be charged (the final bill may differ because some items are billed according to usage)

Please return a signed copy of the contract to us two weeks before your function.

Menu and Function Planning
Function Details must be finalized one week (7 days) before the function, including the food menu, drink menu, room layout, and signed contract.

Additional Fees
Ceremony Fee ($100.00): Wedding Ceremony on premises for set up/break down.
Offsite Catering Fee: For offsite functions, there may be additional fees
Room Rental Fee: For use of River Green Chalet, minimum purchases must be equal to, or exceed $2000.00 or a $300.00 rental feel will be introduced.
Wedding Cake Cutting Fee: $1.00 per person.

All Receptions:
Include the following;

• Complimentary Parking
• All White Linens
• Lamp Shade with Candle Centerpiece
• Stage Table for your Band or DJ
• Tables, Chairs, China, Silverware

Damage Policy:
Kurt’s Restaurant is not responsible for any items lost or stolen. The client is responsible for any damages to the building, facilities, equipment, grounds, and property incurred by the client and/or their guests.
